At Beck Roofing Corporation, we believe that there is a proper
roofing system for each individual building. In selecting
the right system for a building, we consider such factors
as structural design, aesthetics, budget, and serviceability.
The factors that point to a white single-ply membrane with
R-20 roof insulation for Building X, may guide us to a gravel
surfaced built-up roof with little or no roof insulation for
Building Y, and to a standing seam factory finished aluminum
roof for Building Z. Whatever your requirements, Beck Roofing
can install the right roofing system for each of your buildings.
Just as importantly, however, we can examine an existing roofing
system and recommend repairs and a periodic maintenance program
that will maximize the service life of the roof. We understand
that you have other things to spend money on than a new roof.
Whether you want to maximize the life span of a new roof or
just squeeze another winter out of an old one, our service
department is well prepared to help you reach your goals.
Single Ply Roofing
From black EPDM (rubber) with tape seams to white PVC with
heat-welded seams, we install single-ply roofing systems manufactured
by Carlisle, Firestone, Genflex, Sarnafil, and Versico.
Built-up and Modified Bitumen Roofing
We install all types of built-up and modified bitumen roofing
systems. Fiberglass felts are available as standard (Type
IV) and premium (Type VI) in one, two, three, or four plies.
Various surfacing types including asphalt and aluminum coatings,
pea gravel, marble chips, and modified bitumen cap sheets.
Modified Bitumen systems of two or more plies are becoming
increasingly popular. We install systems of the following
manufacturers: Firestone, GAF, Johns Manville, Siplast, and
Tamko.
Roof Insulation
Roof insulation comes in many forms. Deck type, membrane system,
and drainage capability are just a few of the many factors
we consider when selecting the appropriate insulation for
your roof. Tapered roof insulation is frequently used to provide
slope to flat roof structures, enabling drainage to gutters,
roof drains, and scuppers. We install the roof insulation
products of many manufacturers, including Atlas Energy products,
Firestone, GAF, Hunter Panels, and Johns Manville.
Metal Roofing
Metal is an aesthetically pleasing, low-maintenance roof system
for sloping structures. It is available in aluminum, steel,
and galvalume with factory paint finishes, copper, lead-coated
copper, stainless steel, terne, and terne coated stainless
(TCS). We fabricate our flashings and trim pieces in our own
modern sheet metal shop and take great pride in both the quality
and the appearance of our metal work. We install the products
of AEP-SPAN, Atas Aluminum, Follansbee Steel, Petersen Aluminum
Corporation, and Revere Copper.
Repairs & Maintenance 
At Beck Roofing, we build our customer base by effectively
protecting our customers from the elements and by saving them
time and money. Just as you maintain your car with oil changes
and tune ups, you should also maintain your roof. Quarterly,
semi-annual, or even annual inspections can discover problems
that, if promptly repaired, can avert larger, more expensive
problems in the future. Additionally, your tenants will perceive
regular roof maintenance as a sign of a proactive management
thereby enhancing your tenant relationships.

including color photos, showing the complete condition of
your roof, with budget figures for current and planned repairs.
